Common questions

What ages do you teach?

We teach swimmers starting from 6 months old all the way through to adults. Our instructors are experienced with every stage of development and will tailor lessons accordingly.

Private lessons are 1-on-1 with your instructor. Semi-private lessons allow up to 2 swimmers with one instructor — perfect for siblings or friends learning together. The price listed is per session, not per person.
Yes! You can self-reschedule through the client portal with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduled lessons must occur within two weeks of the original date. Up to 2 rescheduled lessons per session are allowed before additional fees apply.
No — pool admission is paid separately at the facility. Costs range from $5–$9 per person depending on the recreation centre. Edmonton residents may qualify for the Leisure Access Program for reduced or free admission.
Yes. Consistency is a core part of our approach — the same instructor every week builds trust and accelerates learning. Changes are made only when absolutely necessary.

We recommend 30-minute lessons for children under 8 years old, as their attention spans are best suited to shorter sessions. For older children and adults, 1-hour lessons allow for deeper technique work and more progress per session.

All bookings are managed through our Amelia-powered client portal. Click “Book Now” anywhere on this page to get started. Existing clients can log in to manage their upcoming sessions.
